Nowadays we are looking for experienced IT Recruiter, who has excellent communication and negotiation skills, and who has big network in IT.

What You’ll be doing:

  • Conduct the full-cycle recruitment and selection process
  • Source and attract candidates using databases, social media etc.
  • Coordinating and organization of technical and HR interviews
  • Job market analyses and reviews
  • Preparing offer letters for new hires

What we need:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven 3-4 years of experience as an IT Recruiter (in-house, agency)
  • Good knowledge of local IT market and different recruitment tools/approaches
  • Strong experience in direct search for IT specialists: Java, React, automation testers
  • Experience in full recruitment life cycle;
  • Ability to «sell» the organization
  • Strong team player
